One email, and an architect
answers you directly.

TrustChange builds and scales regulated digital-asset products. Write to us about the exchange, wallet, custody or payment system you need. A senior engineer reads it. You get an architecture view back, not a brochure.

Pick your route

Three ways teams start with us

Most enquiries land in one of three shapes. Say which one fits. We route your note to the right architect on the first pass.

  • Scope a build

You have a product to ship

Send the shape of the product. We reply with an architecture sketch and a build sequence.

Best for exchanges, wallets, custody and payment rails.

  • Add engineers

You have a team that needs depth

Tell us the gap. We name the seniority, the stack and how fast people can start.

Best for in-house teams under a launch deadline.

  • Compliance review

You have a licence to satisfy

Share the regime you sit under. We map where MiCA, PSD2 and AML duties hit the build.

Best for VASPs, PSPs, EMIs and neobanks.

What the first week looks like

No funnel, no drip sequence. Four steps, in order, run by the people who would do the work. You can stop after any of them.

Want proof first? Read the case studies or our compliance approach.

Before you send

Five lines make the first reply useful

None of this is required. It just lets an architect answer with substance instead of questions.

  • The product you want live, in two or three sentences.
  • The regime you operate under, or the licence you are chasing.
  • What already exists: code, vendors, ledgers, or nothing yet.
  • Your target launch window and any board or investor date.
  • Who owns the decision on your side.

Building on top of an existing stack? Point us at it. See how we handle wallet and custody work and payment gateways.

Before the call

Questions we get on day one

Do you work with early-stage crypto startups?

Yes. We build for funded startups and licensed firms alike. The bar is production intent. We do not run hackathon or prototype projects.

Can you join a build that has already started?

Often, yes. We review the current design and name the risks we see. Then we scope the smallest useful first step.

Which engagement model should I ask for?

Ask for the outcome instead. We propose the model that fits: fixed scope, a dedicated team, augmentation, or CTO advisory.

What if my compliance picture is still unclear?

That is normal. Send what you know. Our compliance engineers map MiCA, PSD2 and AML duties onto the architecture with you.

Start with the hard question

Send the part of the build that worries you most. Matching engine load, key custody, reconciliation, or the licence deadline. That is the conversation we are best at.
